About the venue

45 Downing is a historic carriage house in Greenwich Village, built around 1910 as one of the city’s first auto garages. It was the first place we visited together and we fell in love with it. We both love history and, knowing it dates from when New York was becoming the iconic melting pot it is today, we knew it was “the one.” We can’t wait to share it with you.
